I will be there to help you through your journey to a healthy lifestyle but along the way I will teach you how to continue on the path independently.  We will work together to find solutions that are going to work for YOU!

Build a C.H.I.C body is 12 month program that will guide you through the process of self-awareness and behavior change so you can finally lose the weight AND keep it off.

  • We meet 2 times per month via phone or skype
  • The initial session is 60-75 minutes and includes a nutrition & lifestyle evaluation, a well-being assessment and a custom meal plan.  We will also develop a clear vision for where you want to be and set goals for how you are going to get there.  This process goes beyond diet and exercise and looks at the whole-self, stressors, sleep habits and more.
  • For the remainder of the sessions we will meet for 30 minutes to review goals, identify your areas of success, explore areas for improvements and make meal plan adjustments as needed.  We can also carve out time to review restaurant menus and analyze supermarket products.
