This page is currently under construction… but still worth a read if you have ADHD


People with ADHD are at a higher risk for developing binge eating behaviors. This isn’t surprising because for years I’ve noticed that a high percentage of my clients have ADHD.  Then in 2022 when I was diagnosed with ADHD a huge light bulb went off.

It makes sense why I struggled with binge eating, have rejection sensitivity, fluctuate between hyperfocus and disoriented, have trouble with organization and planning and hate long-term projects. (Seriously hate long-term/big projects… check back to this page in 6 months and see if it’s complete, lol. But I’m working on being okay with done not perfect)

Now let me pull myself back from my tangent… After working with ADHDers for years, being diagnosed myself and taking a few additional training classes on ADHD and binge eating I decided to add a series of modules to my Anti-Diet Coaching Programs specifically addressing nutrition and ADHD, time management, meal planning for ADHD and more.
