As a dietitian-nutritionist and mindful eating who has reversed her prediabetes by overcoming emotional and binge eating I am passionate about helping people ditch diets and find peace with food. I give them the mindset and tools they need to make prioritizing their well-being DO-able, while at the same time giving them the power to have a trigger food without bingeing or guilt.
