Hello, I’m Dina Garcia, dietitian-nutritionist and mindful eating coach.  I created this guide because so many people eat on the go but still desire to eat healthfully. As the founder of Vida Nutrition, LLC I’m all about teaching people how eating real food can fit into real life and showing them strategies to make it real simple.  I struggled with food as far back as childhood.
